Branch 1 Social Event Task List

A networking opportunity for these purposes could be a social or athletic event for a cause. 

Sample of Networking Opportunities:

Paint-a-thons, charity walks/runs, bowl-a-thons, phone banking, reading to children, etc. 



When using this site, please do not delete any of these tasks.  When tasks are assigned, write the name of the person responsible.  Once the task is completed, check the completed box.  At the end of the event, we will clear the fields and will use the exact same list again without deleting them.

Identify a networking opportunity (see samples above) that supports a social cause/community benefit organization   6 weeks out  
Email the chapter office with the date/time/location for marketing purposes  4 weeks out.  
Identify the way you will "connect" at the event. (exact meeting location -- sign -- color shirts)  4 weeks out  
Send email after the event evaluating success (include numbers, member feedback, etc.)  -1 week (1 week after event  
Attend the event and socialize with members.  0 (The day of)
