Things to know:
- When using this site, please do not delete any of
these tasks. When tasks are assigned, write the name of the person
responsible. Once the task is completed, check the completed box. At
the end of the event, we will clear the fields and will use the exact
same list again without deleting them.
- If
you are unable to click on the task and mark them complete, then send
an email to Carol@naswaz.com and request to become a collaborator on
the volunteer site.
- Please note that
the chapter can reimburse for minor incidentals (like photocopying).
However, these events do not have a seperate budget so all costs for
the event (speakers, meeting space, etc) must be budgeted and covered
by attendees fees. See Sample budget down below.
